A standard reseller gives you a WHM account on a shared server owned by iWebVault. A Cloud Root Reseller gives you a dedicated physical server with full root access, managed by our NOC team. You control the entire server — not just a reseller partition on it.
WHM supports three reseller tiers. Alpha resellers have the highest privileges and can create Master resellers. Master resellers can create standard Resellers. Standard Resellers create end-user cPanel accounts. Cloud Root Reseller gives you access to all three levels — enabling a multi-tier reseller operation under one server.
SHDD (Solid-state Hybrid Drive) combines a traditional HDD with a solid-state cache layer. Frequently accessed data is served from the fast SSD cache while bulk storage uses the larger HDD capacity — a balance of performance and storage density for hosting environments.
RAID0 stripes data across both drives for maximum performance — all storage capacity is usable but there is no redundancy. RAID1 mirrors data across both drives for maximum protection — if one drive fails, the other contains a full copy. You choose your RAID configuration at order time.
Unlike shared hosting which is automated, Cloud Root Reseller requires physical server configuration by our NOC team — including OS installation, cPanel setup, RAID configuration and WHMReseller provisioning. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours but up to 48 hours is the committed window.
