cPanel Reseller — Common questions

Can my clients see that I use iWebVault?
No. The cPanel reseller is fully whitelabeled. Your clients access cPanel under your custom nameservers and see only your branding. iWebVault is never mentioned anywhere in client-facing interfaces.
Why does WHMCS cost extra on Reseller 1?
WHMCS is optional on all plans. On Reseller 1 it is available as an add-on for $9.99/mo. On Reseller 2, 3 and 4, WHMCS is included free. You can also use your own existing WHMCS licence or another billing platform on any plan.
Can I sell offshore hosting to my clients?
Yes. Because your reseller accounts run on iWebVault’s offshore infrastructure, you can market and sell offshore, DMCA-ignored hosting to your clients — the underlying server handles this automatically.
What does overselling enabled mean?
Overselling allows you to allocate more resources to client accounts than your plan’s base quota. For example, if your plan includes 25GB storage, you can create client accounts that together are allocated 50GB. Actual usage must remain within your plan limits, but overselling lets you sell more accounts than a strict quota would allow.
Can I upgrade my reseller plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Reseller 1 to 2, 3 or 4 at any time from the client area. Existing client accounts are not affected during the upgrade.
Are there any renewal price hikes?
No. iWebVault does not increase prices at renewal. The price you sign up with is the price you keep paying indefinitely. There are also no setup fees on any reseller plan.
