Overselling allows you to allocate more resources to client accounts than your plan's base quota. For example, if your plan includes 25GB storage, you can create client accounts that together are allocated 50GB. Actual usage must remain within your plan limits, but overselling lets you sell more accounts than a strict quota would allow.
Yes. You can upgrade from Reseller 1 to 2, 3 or 4 at any time from the client area. Existing client accounts are not affected during the upgrade.
No. iWebVault does not increase prices at renewal. The price you sign up with is the price you keep paying indefinitely. There are also no setup fees on any reseller plan.
