Understanding the token pool
Your reseller plan includes a monthly token allowance. Every action your customers take — AI generation, image optimization, site re-crawl — costs tokens from your pool.
How tokens work
Each reseller plan ships with a fixed number of tokens per month — 1,000 on Premium, 2,000 on Gold, 5,000 on Lithium. Your customers’ AI requests, image optimizations and site re-crawls all draw from this shared pool. Unused tokens do not roll over; the pool resets at the start of each billing cycle.
If you run out mid-month, you can buy a top-up pack directly from the reseller dashboard. Top-up tokens are spent first and don’t expire until used.

The cost of each action is set by us as a default but is configurable per-plan. Here are the defaults:

Reseller program — common questions
How is the reseller program different from buying licenses individually?
As a reseller, you provision and bill your customers under your brand. You set your own prices, your customers never interact with iWebVault directly, and the WordPress plugin they install carries your branding (on Lithium). Buying individual Pro/Premium licenses means each customer signs up at iwebvault.com and you have no relationship with them.
What’s the difference between Premium, Gold and Lithium?
The main differences are token allowance and white-label privileges. Premium gives you 1,000 tokens/month with the iWebVault-branded plugin. Gold doubles tokens to 2,000 at better per-token value. Lithium gives 5,000 tokens plus full white-label rebranding so the plugin carries your name and logo. All tiers include the WHMCS module and reseller dashboard.
What is a “token” exactly?
A token is the unit of billable activity. Every AI generation, image optimization or site re-crawl your customers perform costs a small number of tokens from your monthly pool. Default costs: meta description = 1 token, alt text = 1 token, blog post = 5 tokens, image generation = 10 tokens, site re-crawl = 3 tokens, image optimization = 1 token.
What happens if I run out of tokens before the month ends?
Customer actions are paused until your pool refills. To avoid this, buy a top-up pack from the reseller dashboard at any time — top-up tokens are added to your pool immediately and are consumed first (before your monthly allowance). Top-ups never expire.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Monthly allowance tokens do not roll over — they reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up tokens are separate and roll over until you use them.
How do my customers download the plugin?
When you create a customer through the reseller WHMCS module or API, they automatically get a license key and a download link in their client area. The download is gated by their license, so only paying customers can install it.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set the prices for your packages in your own WHMCS, completely independently of what you pay iWebVault. The token costs and your reseller plan price are your wholesale cost; you decide your retail margin.
Can I rebrand on Premium or Gold?
No. Only Lithium includes full white-label rebranding. Premium and Gold deliver a working product to your customers but the plugin shows iWebVault Myth SEO branding. If white-label is important, choose Lithium.
Where do I install the WHMCS module?
On your own WHMCS installation — wherever you sell your hosting or services. Download it from the reseller dashboard once your account is set up.
What if my customer needs support?
You provide the front-line support for your customers — they don’t contact iWebVault. For backend issues (the underlying infrastructure, API, billing), open a ticket from your reseller dashboard and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no contract. If you cancel, your customers’ licenses stop working at the end of your current billing cycle — so give them notice if you’re winding down.
