1. Overview

iWebVault Technologies (“iWebVault”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at iwebvault.com and provides hosting, domain and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

Our core operational principle is a strict no-log policy. We do not monitor, record or store any activity that takes place on the servers you host with us. This policy covers the information we collect to operate our business — not what you do on your hosted services.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. We do not require your real name, physical address or government-issued identification. You choose what account name and contact details to provide.

Billing information: If you pay by credit or debit card, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor and we do not store full card details. If you pay with cryptocurrency, we receive only the transaction hash. No personal financial data is stored on our systems.

Technical data: We collect server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) for abuse prevention and security purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are not associated with user accounts for routine monitoring.

Support communications: When you contact our support team, we retain the content of those communications to handle your request and improve our service.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, log or monitor:

  • The content of websites, files or databases hosted on your account
  • DNS queries or traffic patterns on your hosted domains
  • Bandwidth usage at a content level
  • Browsing or application behaviour of your website visitors
  • Your activity within your hosting control panel beyond what is necessary for billing and account management

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provision and manage your hosting services; process payments and send invoices; respond to support requests; send service-critical notifications (account expiry, payment receipts); detect and prevent abuse and security threats.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating your hosting service.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies.

We may share limited technical information with payment processors to complete transactions. These processors are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We do not voluntarily share customer data with law enforcement or government agencies. For requests relating to our standard DMCA-ignored hosting service, we do not respond to such requests as our operations fall outside the jurisdiction that generates them.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable financial regulations.

Security logs (IP addresses) are purged after 30 days.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential session cookies required for the client area and ordering system to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data. Submit such requests to our support team via the client area.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to registered customers by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
