1. Agreement
By using services provided by iWebVault Technologies ("iWebVault", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all hosting, domain, reseller, server and related services provided by iWebVault.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and DMCA Policy. Together they form the complete agreement between you and iWebVault.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence and operation. iWebVault provides infrastructure; the legality of what you host is your responsibility.
3. Account registration
You agree to provide a valid email address when creating an account. We do not require your real name, government ID or physical address โ anonymous signup is part of our offering.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access. iWebVault is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account due to credentials you failed to protect.
One person or entity may operate multiple accounts. Sharing a single account between multiple unrelated parties is permitted but not recommended for billing clarity.
4. Payment terms
Services are billed in advance. Payment is due on the date indicated on your invoice. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and others, via Cryptomus).
Accounts more than 7 days past due are subject to suspension. Accounts more than 30 days past due are subject to termination and data deletion. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information and keep your contact email current.
All advertised prices are exclusive of any local taxes or VAT that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your purchase.
5. No-refund policy
iWebVault does not offer refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services including hosting, reseller, VPS, dedicated servers, domains and SEO products. It applies whether the service was used or unused, whether cancellation was voluntary, and regardless of the time elapsed since payment.
Why we do not offer refunds
We offer a $1 first-month trial on all eligible hosting plans (cPanel Hosting, DirectAdmin Hosting, WordPress Hosting and all Reseller tiers) specifically so you can verify the product before committing to full pricing. The trial provides full feature access with no functional restrictions โ it is the real plan, not a demo. If the service does not meet your needs, do not renew.
The trial replaces a traditional refund window. It costs less than a coffee, lets you test every feature on real infrastructure, and removes the financial risk of trying us. If you skipped the trial and paid full price for a year, that decision is binding.
Server products
VPS and dedicated server products do not include a $1 trial because the underlying infrastructure has real per-month provisioning costs. These products start at their regular monthly rate from the first day. They are also fully non-refundable. We recommend you start with a single month of VPS to evaluate before committing to longer billing cycles.
Domain registrations
Domain registrations are non-refundable in all cases. Once a domain is registered with the upstream registry, the registration fee has already been paid by us to the registry and cannot be recovered. This applies whether the domain was registered for one year or multiple years.
Service-credit exception
The only exception to this policy is the limited service-credit mechanism described in Section 6 (Service Level). Service credits are applied to future invoices and are not paid as cash refunds.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting our support team to resolve the underlying issue is considered a violation of these Terms. Accounts found to have initiated unjustified chargebacks may be terminated and barred from future signup. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with documentation showing the service was delivered as advertised.
6. Service level
iWebVault aims to provide 99.9% uptime for all services, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control are excluded from this commitment. Excluded circumstances include but are not limited to:
- DDoS attacks targeting your account or the broader server
- Hardware failure (servers are replaced under SLA but downtime during replacement is excluded)
- Upstream network or peering issues (carrier outages, BGP routing changes)
- Datacenter-level power or cooling events
- Force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, war)
Service credits for iWebVault-caused outages exceeding 1 hour in a calendar month may be requested via support ticket within 7 days of the incident. Credits are calculated as the pro-rata cost of the affected hours and applied to your next invoice. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches and do not entitle you to a cash refund (see Section 5).
7. Acceptable use
Your use of iWebVault services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The AUP defines what content and activities are permitted (a broad range, given our offshore positioning) and what is strictly prohibited (a narrow set, including CSAM, terrorism, malware, spam, DDoS, financial fraud).
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination. See the AUP for full details and enforcement procedures.
8. Suspension and termination
iWebVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Fails to pay invoices within the timeframes set in Section 4
- Violates the Acceptable Use Policy
- Engages in activities that create legal liability for iWebVault in its operating jurisdictions
- Constitutes fraud, misrepresentation or chargeback abuse
- Uses our infrastructure in a way that materially degrades service for other customers
You may cancel your account at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellation (see Section 5).
On termination, your data and hosted content will be deleted within 30 days. You are responsible for downloading any data you wish to retain before cancellation.
9. Limitation of liability
iWebVault's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to iWebVault for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
iWebVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data independent of any backups we may provide. While we offer JetBackup on shared and reseller plans as a convenience, you should not rely on our backups as your sole disaster-recovery mechanism. Maintain off-site backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
10. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create or host on your iWebVault account. iWebVault claims no intellectual property rights over your content.
iWebVault retains all rights to our own branding, software, control panel customisations, websites and documentation. You may not copy, redistribute or resell our proprietary materials without permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iWebVault Technologies is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, in English, under rules to be agreed by both parties.
If you are unwilling to submit to arbitration, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with a material change, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services before the effective date. Use after the effective date constitutes binding acceptance.
