1. Agreement
By using services provided by iWebVault Technologies (“iWebVault”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all hosting, domain, reseller and related services provided by iWebVault.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide a valid email address when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access. iWebVault is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance. Payment is due on the date indicated on your invoice. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others).
Accounts more than 7 days past due are subject to suspension. Accounts more than 30 days past due are subject to termination and data deletion. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. iWebVault does not offer partial refunds for unused billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Service Level
iWebVault aims to provide 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to DDoS attacks, hardware failure and upstream network issues) are excluded from this commitment.
Service credits for outages beyond our control are not available. Service credits for iWebVault-caused outages exceeding 1 hour in a calendar month may be requested via support ticket within 7 days of the incident.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of iWebVault services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
7. Suspension and Termination
iWebVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that: fails to pay invoices; violates the Acceptable Use Policy; engages in activities that create legal liability for iWebVault in its operating jurisdictions; or constitutes fraud or misrepresentation.
You may cancel your account at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
iWebVault’s total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
iWebVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data independent of any backups we may provide.
