I am not yet a customer. Can I ask pre-sales questions?

Do you offer phone support?
We do not currently offer phone support. All support is conducted via ticket and email β€” this allows us to provide a complete, documented response and maintain a record of all communications for your protection.
How do I report content that violates your AUP?
