What is the fastest way to get help?

I am not yet a customer. Can I ask pre-sales questions?

Yes. Use the contact form above and select "Pre-sales question" as the subject. We are happy to answer questions about any plan, our infrastructure, payment options or anything else before you sign up.

Do you offer phone support?

We do not currently offer phone support. All support is conducted via ticket and email โ€” this allows us to provide a complete, documented response and maintain a record of all communications for your protection.

How do I report content that violates your AUP?

Email abuse@iwebvault.com with the specific URL, a description of the violation and any supporting evidence. We investigate all reports within 48 hours. Note: DMCA notices are not actioned โ€” see our DMCA Policy for details.

Can I communicate anonymously?
